    Robert -
I am suprised ther was no mention of re-shipping work at home scams.
I suppose there are just too many to cover in one show segment.
    Good information!

The ONE thing that was not explained as a “red flag” is when there are exclamation points (!) in the work-at-home ad. If it sounds like they are desperate for YOU, then it’s a scam. A legitimate work-at-home job will have a tone that you need THEM, and they will go on to tell you what they expect from you to have the privilege to work for them, NOT the other way around.

I guess the word that we get from these shows is “COPS DO NOTHING” Your on you own! I wonder if they REALLY sent her 7 hundred and the first checks were real. I would contact these clowns and keep the money.

Here’s the trick which the expert didn’t explain and many people don’t seem to understand. Laws tell banks they must make funds available to the account holder within a few days of depositing a check, even though it may take much longer for the check to clear. The scam hinges upon this time lapse. If she had waited a safe time for the check to clear, she may not have lost a dime in the net. Why don’t the police do anything? There is no way to know who picked up the money at the other end.
